Welcome to Robo Review, an online assessment and evaluation platform owned and operated by Zaufany Training and Consulting Private Limited, a company incorporated in Hyderabad, India, with its registered office at:

4th Floor, MR Prime, Leeway Survey No. 6, BP Raju Marg, White Fields, Kondapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500084 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Robo Review platform (“Platform”) by Colleges, Universities, Corporates, and Individuals (“Users”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• “User” refers to any individual, institution, or organization that registers, uploads content, or takes an exam on Robo Review.
• “Knowledge Base” refers to a module where Users can upload books, training materials, and reference content.
• “Question Bank” refers to a collection of questions either manually created by Users or auto-generated by Robo Review.
• “Exam” refers to an assessment created by selecting questions from the Question Bank.
• “Rubrics” refers to evaluation criteria set at the Module level for grading answers.
• “Student” refers to an individual who participates in exams and receives feedback and scores.
• “Content” refers to any materials, including books, training documents, questions, and answers, uploaded by Users.

3. Platform Features

Robo Review provides the following key features:

1. Content Upload: Colleges, Universities, Corporates, and Individuals can upload books and training materials into a Module to build a customized knowledge base.
2. Question Bank Creation: Users can create a Question Bank by manually entering questions or allowing Robo Review to generate questions. Users acknowledge that they are responsible for reviewing and validating the accuracy, appropriateness, and legality of all questions before using them in an exam.
3. Exam Creation: Users can create an Exam by selecting questions from the Question Bank.
4. Exam Invitations: Users can invite Students or Participants to take the Exam.
5. Custom Rubrics: Users can define a Rubrics System at the Module Level for customized grading and evaluation.
6. Automated Evaluation: Robo Review automatically reviews and scores student answers, providing detailed feedback.
7. Bulk Upload: Users can upload questions and answers directly in Excel format instead of manually entering data.
8. Performance Analytics: The platform evaluates Student Performance at multiple levels:
   • Student Level (individual performance trends)
   • Exam Level (average scores, completion rates)
   • Module Level (aggregated learning insights)

4. User Responsibilities

Users of Robo Review are responsible for the following:

• Providing accurate and truthful registration information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Ensuring that uploaded content does not violate intellectual property laws.
• Securing any necessary permissions or licenses before uploading training materials, books, or other content.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to data privacy and digital content.
• Not using the Platform for malicious, illegal, or fraudulent activities.

5. Content Ownership and Licensing

• Users retain ownership of the content they upload (books, training materials, questions, answers, etc.).
• By uploading content, Users grant Robo Review a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and utilize the content solely for platform functionality.
• Users confirm that they have the necessary rights or permissions to upload and share materials. Robo Review and Zaufany Training and Consulting Private Limited shall not be responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from the upload or use of such materials by Users.

6. Automated Evaluation and Feedback

• The AI-powered evaluation system provides automated scores and feedback.
• While Robo Review strives for accuracy, Users acknowledge that AI-generated evaluations may not be 100% error-free.
• Users may request a manual review of an exam where applicable.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT:

• Upload illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content.
• Engage in plagiarism, cheating, or unethical exam practices.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.
• Use Robo Review to collect unauthorized personal data.

8. Data Privacy and Security

• Robo Review collects and processes User data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
• The platform uses encryption and security measures to protect User data.
• Users must comply with applicable data protection laws when handling personal data of Students or other Users.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Robo Review is provided “as is” without any warranties.
• The Company shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
• The Company is not responsible for exam outcomes, incorrect AI evaluations, or misuse of content by Users.
• Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for any actions taken based on the feedback provided by Robo Review, including but not limited to academic, professional, or business decisions.

10. Termination of Services

• Robo Review reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Users may delete their accounts at any time, but data previously uploaded may be retained as required by law.
• The Company may discontinue services at its discretion without prior notice.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

12. Modifications to Terms

• The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
